Rock Climbers – no training Tues Nov 22nd

I will not be here for our training session on Tues. Nov 22nd, as I will be at a pre-season meeting for rock climbing in Markham. If there’s another teacher in the weight room, you can ask to come in and train. Otherwise, you should do as much as you can on your own. Remember to stretch every day!!
